Microsoft, xbox 360, My son at the age of 14 is not old enough to purchase xbox games. He was allowed to purchased a game for 29.99, and i am told no refunds. He is not old enough to purchase anythingh!

On July30th. I had a purchase of 31.86 on my credit card. The charges were purchased by a minor that dosen even have access to my credit card information. I cant even get a refund from the amount because it is non refundable. Which i think is bull since a minor purchased without my permission.
