I ordered a refurbished 5th generation black ipod from this online company a week ago and i received in the mail an ipod. It looked great and really pretty but then I tried to turn it on... And of course it flashed and referred me to the apple ipod support webpage. It did not turn on, or charge or respond when restarted or connected to a power source. I called digiexpress and they said they would have a technician call me back... Never got a call. So I had to call them multiple times, wasted time and money (will not be reimbursed for the cost of sending it back). I have sent it back today and according to them i will receive my "full" refund within 10 business days. We will see if I actually get my money back in about 2 weeks. I strongly suggest not ordering anything from this company. I only chose them because it seemed like a great deal but it turned out to be a horribly frustrating ordeal and not worth it at all. Don't make the same mistake i made, spend the extra money and order straight from the apple store.
