I recently bought a Sony HXR-NX5U camcorder from Abeis of Maine and also the purchase was posted quickly through their web software. The following day, Sunday, I obtained a phone from Larry (Laurence) who explained he had a need to verify my online purchase and proceeded to provide up recommendation after recommendation for what to add-on towards the complete purchase order. When the phone finished therefore did the client support - Larry has since been "also hectic" to cope with any concerns I've or even to react to my emails. I purchased from Abeis of Maine in 1993 and had a problem obtaining my Sony camera in those days aswell. Perhaps customer support is not what it used to be.
