Customer service - anti virus protection for your DELL

I had gone to best buy and talk to customer service because I had just bought my lab top 3 month a go and they were giving out the free 6 months antivirus. And it only work for 2 months so I when in to let them know that why were they stating it was for 6 months when it only work for 2 months he said that as longest I bring the disk to the store they would exchange it, and I told the person that was helping me if I could get his name and he said ok I got his name and I told him that I would be back tomorrow. The next day I when back and some one else was there. I explain everything and he said how told you this so I gave him his name and he started to ask does this person works here and then his like I don’t know this person how does he looks like, and I told him I don’t need to tell you how he looks you work with him and am explain what’s my problem can some one help me, and he said I need you credit card and I told him why due you need my credit card if I just need an exchange and I got my receipt. And for my bad luck I had forgotten my credit card and he said he couldn’t help so I ask can I get you name and he said why and I told him because maybe tomorrow some one else will help and they will act the same way as you and they may say you don’t work here like you just told me about this person that you say you don’t know. And then he said its for you protection. I know it may not cost that much but if they state its for 6 months it should work for that long!!!
