Do not buy from this site!!!
1.) It is a lie, the cameras do not include any of the manufacture incvluded goods (batteries, chargers)
2.) All those different extentions/Customer care/Sales departments... They all lead to just the ONE GUY... There are no other people that work for this company.
3.) It is a lie that they will send it without further purchases from you... You need to also agree to purchase a batt charger/lens/battery...
4.) I looked up the physical address the site is using. There is no such company operating from there.
5.) At some point, when he realizes you are not going to pay more, you will no longer be able to get in contact with him.
CRAP not me too! I also ordered a camera... I first called to ensure they would be able to immediately send it out without any further checks or delays... Got the email to call them, after 3 days & never getting more than an answer machine with no-one returning my calls I finally got through. Was told the credit dept. "needed to call me back, just wait by the phone for the next hour" waited by the phone, never called. Called again, "Oh definately before 5pm"... Never called. Eventually I got hold of 'the guy' who tried to make me buy a battery & when I said no thanks he hung up on me. Numerous emails, answer machine messages, i have not heard back. Camera never arrived. So far I have not been charged, & I noticed that the site has priced up all it's items in the week since I ordered.
