Whilst $20 isn't a large amount of money I feel completely misrepresenting a product is despicable and Njoy should be shut down.
I had bought and had problems with their disposable cigarette last week and received a replacement last night. Whilst I was happy with how quickly they had gotten me a replacement I am NOT happy with their product in the least. The first cigarette lasted a few hours. I had purchased a replacement the night before last (before I had gotten the replacement from Njoy) which ALSO lasted for around maybe 5 hours (a total of maybe ten drags) one day and one drag from it the next. I received the replacement they sent last night around 5pm and attempted to take a drag around 8pm this morning and it is again completely not working! It is absolutely ridiculous that at $10 per cigarette, that says it should last about two packs, only last a total of maybe two or three actual cigarettes! What I've spent on two e-cigarettes I could've spent on TWO PACKS of actual cigarettes that would've lasted me two weeks! I had actually really liked their product initially but it should be about $1 for how long it lasts! This is totally unacceptable as they are falsely labeling it as something that lasts about two packs when it only lasts about two cigarettes. A complete SCAM!
