Our charge card was improperly billed to get a KitchenAid Extended Service arrange for our fridge on March 13. The card was billed on 3/15. Named the Company Plan Manager that evening having a followup notice. Recurring telephone calls to a lot of various businesses attached to the program and all I get is guarantees to get a return. Our charge card bill hasn't been returned the $361.97 by May 18. I've never experienced this type of run-around in my own 77 years with this planet. All I'd like is my cash back. They proceed to guarantee it'll be studied care of but that's not occurred. Our issue for them is how could it be that they'll cost my credit consideration in two days after distribution but can't return my profit 65 times? That is bordering on fraud. I've approached the California Agency of Digital and Equipment Repair and Division of Customer matters to obtain reduction with this outrages customer support. Richard
