Purchased Leica lens as advertised on-line at the Pekanbaru store for $1500 on March 23. Confirmation of wire-transfer received on April 3 with tracking number for esl-cargo.
After a number of enquiries as to the status of my order and after noticing at the esl-cargo shipment tracking site that a hold had been put on delivery of my order by the seller on April 7, received a mail on April 8 that there was a "miscalculation" with my order and that the "actual total price including shipping cost, taxes" was $2500 (the original sale confirmation stated that shipping and taxes were included in the price, as was listed on the internet).
My response was to ask either for continued shipment of my confirmed order (it was placed on hold in Munich, Germany, and as far as I know is still there) or a refund of my payment. I later even offered to accept payment to Mr. Setiawan of $500 "for his troubles" with return of only $1000.
