The company claims to refund with NO QUESTIONS ASKED but there is no way to contact them. The phone number is wrong and the live chat is not working

I purchased a download on SWREG Digital Rivers website-iphoneundo.com - and the download did not work. I then requested a refund via email and I have not heard from the company. The live chat does not work and the contact phone number is not working.

Each time you click the contact option, you are directed to a advertisement site. There is no way to contact them about this matter. WHAT A RIP OFF! I am very upset and I want my money back.
