Magic Jack. It was the most horrid phone we had ever had in our lives. Hardley ever worked. When I would call up to DC to talk business with Congressman and other attorneys they would say they would nto be able to hear me. Then after working I would have to spend 3 hours or more online with them to fix the damn phone. Well we bought a new computer today and they could not even get it working. So I have had enough. They made me miss another attorney call today plus I have breif's to work on for the 9th cirucit of appeals in DC and another Breif of a Congressman in AL. I needed to call Micosoft before Midnight to get the lost product key for 2007 office but I ended up being online with them for 4 hours and still nothing. This is not the first time. I have signed with Vongan now. I would rather pay a small fee then go threw this. I have to turn on the computer each time I need to make a call. Will not work for me, I have a seizure disorder, what if my husband has to call 911? I mean no. They are not for people like me or if you have kids. They are a waste of time and money. Its not the phone either we went and bought brand new phones following their" guide", its not us or you its them. Go with Vxxxxe. Save yourself.
