We purchased this scrub device in March of 08.in August of 09 it very operating totally and so I named the organization and after 4 support calls they "mounted" it. Nevertheless, it never could spin the water totally from the garments and below we're in April and it'll not really run again! They're prepared to deliver somebody out again but we've to pay for the work. Btw - the very first support man we employed stated he's never observed a this poor and would not focus on it. At what stage do they acknowledge anything is just a orange and supply a brand new device!!!
