Atlanta Network Technologies (ANTonline) issued an RMA and then refused to honor it. After five e-mail messages and three phone calls over a one month period, they finally claimed that an RMA had never been issued! A USPS delivery confirmation number shows they had received the return item. When advised that I might have to take up the matter with my credit card provider, Roger in their returns department quipped "Good luck with that, have a nice day" and then hung up the phone.
