On the 6th of April I went from Greeley to Action Computer because they had an advertisement that they had great deals on Computers. I did not find anything there but I bought two wireless keyboard and mouse combination and a stick of RAM memory. When I was buying them I specifically asked what if the memory stick did not work in my computer and the salesperson told me it had a 30 day warranty so I bought it. I got home and had my son who works on computers come over a few days later to put it into my computer it did not work as a matter of fact my computer was slower. On the 17th I called and explained that one of the keyboard and mouse did not work and that the RAM did not work and that I wanted to exchange the keyboard/mouse and get my money back on the RAM since I had my son build me a different computer so I had more speed. The person on the other end of the phone told me that since I inserted the RAM into my computer that it was no longer warrantied, and when I asked how I would know it did not work if I did not insert it onto my computer and told him that the gentleman who sold it to me said it was warrantied for 30 days he then said the minute it went out of the store it was considered used and they could give me a replacement RAM stick but not my money back. When I explained that I no longer needed that type of memory stick he said I could have a store credit. I explained I did not need anything else that they had there he said that was all he could do for me. I asked him why the other person told me it had a 30 day warranty if they were not going to honor it all he said was all he could do is give me a store credit.
