A couple of people started a "business" with selling of video footage at local horse shows. The website was discovered, and the rip off of the footage was made obvious when I found out that there are real businesses out there that film for people at shows.
These people are clearly doing this without a liscense and I talked it over with a friend in the business of videographing. She explained that it's definitely a scam as well as a complete rip off.
