TMobile charged me $150.00 for a Samsung R225 which costs $99.00. My original phone was stolen.
Before six months usage it needed to be replaced.
They sent me a refurbished phone, no battery, and no sim card. This is all we could do for you.
I was overcharged for the phone; when I could retrieve no proper usage they sent me a second hand phone.
It does not say in the contract that you would not receive a new phone.
I asked for someone with power in the company to help solve the situation and was told that there is no one.
