Terrible company

I bought a smooth-top variety in 2005 combined with the master support contract. After 13 weeks the middle burner didn't warmth and that I put something phone. I had been provided a-4 time screen for that techinician appearance. A specialist came and confirmed my criticism and mentioned the component needed to be requested. I asked this in the end it is fairly apparent on the smooth-top whenever a burner isn't operating and even though I'm not really a skilled support specialist I will tell once the burner isn't warm. It had been to consider 3 months to obtain the component. The burner has didn't run again (twice in three years) I put the phone call and again asked when the specialist might provide the component and was informed "no". I'll need to be house for 4 hours to hold back to get a specialist to inform me what I know. Then I'll be waiting 3 months for that part and certainly will need to delay another day or morning for that specialist to reach and substitute the component, HOW TOTALLY INEFFECTIVE! To begin with the burner must keep going longer. Others should be getting the some issue why not bring this component about the vehicle?
