We bought a machine and dryer combination from Lowes. We were informed that it'd be shipped 24 hours later. The next day the supply driver required instructions. We advised him to contact before he came. Once they did not appear between your 2PM-4PM time-slot we named Lowes simply to be educated the driver have been towards the home, bumped about the doorway and left a label. We informed the store-manager that people were house awaiting the phone call. He rudely described the driver did what he was informed to complete and because we did not answer the doorway, he quit. We were subsequently informed that people could get the shipping 24 hours later or possibly not for another three times. The store-manager was really rude the whole discussion. Whenever we recognized that people might not obtain the machine/dryer for times and also the manger wouldn't set a brand new visit we informed him that people might simply visit another shop and get a washer and dryer after which get our reimbursement from Lowes... His remark, "do that which you need to, I actually donot care." We went today and bought a much better machine and dryer from Nebraska Furniture Mart to get a discounted. Whenever we returned to Loweis to obtain a reimbursement... No apology and also the supervisor was just like rude as he was about the telephone. Due to their perspective we shall no further purchase anything from Lowes. We've a House Website outside and way too many different shops to look from and declined to become handled so poorly.
