Failure to pay covered expenses

You are refusing to pay for towing and rental charges for a failed repair that was covered under the warranty I purchased from you through CarMax. You refused the shop's recommendation to use GM parts and sent cheap inferior products, which led to the second breakdown.in the intervening period, my agreement expired, but that is immaterial, as the second breakdown is inextricably tied to the first one! You sent substandard parts, and now expect me to pay for the inconvenience your poor judgment created? This is unacceptable.
