We ordered two Nintendo dsi's on Dec. 4. Our charge card was immediately charged and not when items shipped which is usually the way it is done. We became concerned about ten days later not getting any items delivered or e-mails of shipping confirmation, so I e-mailed the company inquiring. They e-mailed me back that the shipments would be sent out on the Monday before Christmas and shipping info would be e-mailed to me and guaranteed before Christmas delivery. During this time I called the 888-891-5027 phone number and only got a voice mail saying "this maibox is full". I decided to check them out on line and that's when I saw four usacomplaints.com of people who had the same experience with MainOneGroup! I saw an address in Miami, Florida on one of usacomplaints. Coms so I guess that's where the company is supposed to be? We have contacted PayPal to try to get a refund. I hope MainOneGroup didn't and does not in the future ripoff more innocent people!
