This company misrepresents its products, e.G. Advertises and sells video cams representing they are 12 mega pixels when in fact they are 3.1 mp, quality of a camera phone, light is good for 2 ft., and audio is horrendous. They overcharge for shipping, making money on that, too. Even though a product is returned unopened, they try to charge 1/2 the cost as a 'restocking fee.'
