Silicon Valley Peripherals - SVP
Ebay: Mail Direct Svp sends out junk, broken cameras and advertises them as being top of the line HD cameras!

I Was very excited when I decided to purchase this beautiful high quality apple green HD 12 Megapixal Video Recorder, Camera, MP3 and MP4 player. I hit the buy now button with a smile on my face, soon my broken camera would be replaced and I would be able to take beautiful pics and amaze myself and my friends.
I rushed home from work everyday, excited hoping my camera had arrived. Three days later they it was on my doorstep! I rushed inside, hugging it, so delighted. I ripped open the package and picked up the camera.
I thought to myself " this camera is so light compared to any camera I ever owned, almost as if it were made of plastic". I put this thought aside and I plugged in my camera to charge as I went through the manual. Finally it was charged! Time to try out this high end camera to get the beautiful pics that were described on ebay!
First problem, cant get the flash option to work, as Im messing with it the whole screen turns green and wont power off and flashing green. Im beginning at the time to think that I had been scammed.

I immediately got online and contacted the seller who told me to take the battery out and wait a few min and put it back in seller said it look like it froze up. I thought to myself this is great! A brand new camera just froze up, even if taking the battery out solves the problem what is going to happen when I'm about to snap that pic of an unforgettable moment and again it freezes.
Then I try to get the MP3 player to work, followed every instruction just as listed in the manual. Media player states songs have been put on player but nothing. Then I try the voice recording, put on the head phones to hear the sound quality and they must send you those. 99 cent headphones because sound was going in and out and I had to move the wire around.
At first I tried to be nice and contacted seller and said I would keep the product if they was a way to resovle the issues I was already having and If she would show me how to get the mp3 player to work. I took out the sd card and put it in my computer and every pic look blurry like people are in motion so I emailed back and said I will not keep and and I do not want a replacement.
The email sent back said a could return it but I needed to read the return policy. Here is a link to the return policy on the purchase page:

Http://cgi. Ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI. Dll? ViewItemVersion&item=360201708261&view=all&tid=160191232023

As you can see it does not say anything about a restocking fee. Well the email they sent directed my to a different return policy that is going to charge me a $25 restocking fee. I am filing a dispute thru ebay and thru pay pal.
This seller and this company needs to be shut down. Their are so many complaint on thier junk. I will repost to the outcome of this transaction. Stay away from SVP products!!
