I Purchased a Garmin 520 Marine GPS and a Vision 2 card. Garmin recalled the Vision card. I had to purchase the new card then send in the old card and then would recieve a refund Garmin charged me $423 for the card but only refunded me $383. I have sent numerous e-mails and they advised they would be refunding me the difference. The last e-mail stated they have refunded me fully (to their liking) I am still out $40 and am ready to take action against this corporate bully fraudster. Any suggestions on a course of action.
