On Sunday 12/12/09 I put an order at theatennafarm.com. On Saturday morning I needed to alter anything about the purchase because it hadn't delivered yet. And so I visit the contact us area of the site and below below may be the log of the emails. You function as the judge of the support you are able to expect from their website. I delivered my first e-mail on Sunday and didn't obtain a reaction till Wendesday.

End-Of emails.
Today basically never improved my brain on a single of the things I requested I'd haven't had this problem.
However I really do believe delivering a the following day prior to the product continues to be delivered or before they where actually available must have resolved the issue. Our problem is the fact that I didn’t actually obtain a reaction to my e-mail till 5:01 pm on 12/16/9 that’s Friday. 3 business days after I submitted my order change request.
