PDQ has notice published to reduce aerial & switch off stereo. I switched vehicle off which becomes off stereo and reduces aerial. I also accidentally got my secrets inside with me to pay for the statement. A guy arrived in and requested for that secrets & went & switched on vehicle which lifted aerial and switched on stereo. He went it in. The antenna broke. After two decades of providing my vehicle there, and 1 additional aerial event that they taken care of, the supervisor stated the little one probably didn't understand how to transform it down and also the obligation is mine and declined to cover.
