I bougth a i phone and never get it

I bought a i phone a never get it they gave me a price so i send the money when they get the money they said that i need to pay more for the taxes and as soon they get the taxes they will send it to me so when i send the taxes money they said they were sorry but they dont delivery just one phone that i need to get at least 3 more for me to get it and i never get money back so please people dont trust them they will take ur money away
