What a complete waste of money! I was assured.By T-Mobile, that our phones were insured. We payed for 2 years, on 2 phones, and when we finally needed the insurance we already over-payed for, they wanted a credit card for $90 more to issue a like, or similar, REFURBISHED phone.
T-Mobile was absolutely NO Help. Just a complete run-around, and I'm one of their customers. They just did the dance around trying to help me and refer me back to their insurance carrier to submit a claim.
I feel totally RIPPED OFF!
