Smoking Everywhere
Incompetent, terrible service, takes money and never ships, cannot reach customer service, hung up on

Originally ordered from this company 10/30. They bill your credit card right away but the product never comes. When you call to check on the order, they either can't find your or the rude agent puts you on hold or disconnects you. The items you order are never in stock but they don't tell you this, you just wait and finally have to call them when you get completely frustrated. Don't make the mistake I did. They have my credit card information and I feel after reading the other complaints they may make unauthorized charges as well.
