Donnelley Gopidsa, CEO of Donjayz LLC, advertised cell phones on www.Alibaba.com. I contacted him by email to get a quote and he returned email quote to me. I received a phone call from him on 10/21 @ 11:25: 04 AM CDST from phone number 925/640-7810 and had a 10 min 23 sec conversation regarding the order. I was instructed to transfer $2,545 into his Bank Of America account, routing number 02353-76029, account number 121000358, which was performed on 10/22 from Branson, MO Bank of America. The funds had to clear the account prior to Mr. Gopidas' shipping of order. I received an email on Monday, 10/26/09 that the "order has been mail." Mr. Gopidas indicated that he shipped DHL, which does not ship domestic.
I have left several emails for Mr. Gopidas and attempted to leave voice messages but his voice mailbox is full.
I received an email 11/3/09 stating my package had been returned to me. He offered a refund. I opted for another delivery. I received email 11/6/09 stating that package would be delivered 11/11/09. DID NOT RECEIVE.
