Virgin Mobile Website does NOT allow you to make accurate changes as they advertise Internet

Virgin Mobile advertises that you can "Top Up" on your cell phone, or online. When I first added $70.00 online I received a screen replying that my transaction was "Successful" and my plan was re-activated. I went through the day using my phone only for it to send me a text message saying account low. I then added yet another $70.00 over the phone. Again I received a text message saying transaction successful and plan re-activated. Only to later to recieve ANOTHER text saying account low. When I called the company the next day I had to argue with a lady who spoke next to no english and was telling me there was nothing I could do and it was my fault. I did not understand how it was my fault. I wanted my money refunded and she said she couldn't do that and her "manager said" they could only give me 1000 texts for the hassle. My mother then called the next day for me and spoke to a gentlman who explained to her that the website that the customers are told to go to does not always work correctly and is done through a 3rd party. So even though I received a message saying my phone plan was activated it wasn't. I only received $20 back, but also had my plan successfully turned back on after nearly 3 days. I now cannot log into my account to change anything, and am having the exact same problem as before.
