After nearly annually of attempting to cope with the corporation through contacting and contacting, I am left to lodging my opinion below. I have handled revenue, delivery and getting, customer support, and also the leader of the organization. I required training to get and trade. No reply. After giving back product (a remote prepared device, a transmitter, along with a distant) as it didn't match my software, I had been educated to not ship it... Too late. Apparently, because the products weren't delivered precisely, the things were "dumped." Upon seeking a refund, both customer support and organization leader Kevin Tinsley explained they might not provide me a refund, or might they provide me the things I'd taken care of. I've more than 20 emails I've preserved as paperwork, convinced that fundamentally the organization, particularly the leader, might begin to see the moral worth of righting a wrong. No. Our advice? Avoid the corporation.
