I bought 4 mobile phones that based on their website were new and had a-100% satisfaction guarantee. I did so obtain the phones and 2 of these did function. Another 2 did not. After i submitted a criticism on the website with my email i got nothing. Because it works out they do not e-mail an answer you've to test back on the website and sign in. Their reply "we've a-3 day return policy" i'm arguing it with my credit card company since the phones were used not fresh. I'dn't have a chance with these people.
