I bought a camera under 30 days ago and then after only a few weeks the LCD screen wouldn't work. Then I went in to try to exchange it and they said because I didn't have a receipt I couldn't exchange it. Even though I payed for a full 2 yr warranty. I tried to talk to the head office and customer service and the manager and they wouldn't do anything for me. The manager got into an argument with me. I told her that I need this camera for my business and she said "Well if you need it for your business you SHOULD keep your receipt'. How am I supposed to remember where a slip of paper the size of my hand went to. Then they denied that I had a warranty, they said they had no proof of that. I attempted to speak to the manufacturer on it and they said they couldn't do anything without the receipt and told me that the camera was already 2 yrs old. If an item is already used and 2 yrs old then shey shouldn't be allowed to sell it.
