Lack of Customer Service

I taken care of 2 yrs for that PSE&H "Worry-Free" agreement. Nowadays (10/02/09) may be the very first time my heater has some issue and that I named them to repair it. I had been informed the first support day is likely to be 10/26/09. I've a two-month-old infant in the home. THERE'S NO MEANS I will watch for a lot more than THREE MONTHS in order for them to repair my heat under this climate

They never stated that it'll consider significantly more than three months to repair an issue before you register.

PSE&G "Worry Free" agreement is just a complete "RIP-OFF" and that I firmly RECOMMEND you not purchasing from their website. I'll also begin looking around to determine easily can purchase Energy from different providers.
