Lack of customer service

I spend over $300 annually to get a "Worry-Free" equipment agreement. I had been on-hold for half an hour nowadays to plan a scheduled appointment to get a broken dishwasher. The very first available visit is in nearly 14 days! I'll not re new my support agreement together and that I recommend others to consider another company. They don’t let you know whenever you register that many visits get 14 days. Could you reside for just two months having a damaged fridge? Or getting your scrub to some Laundromat? Or reside for just two months without AC within the summertime? Complete RIP-OFF!
