I ordered a new Yamaha HTR 5830 SL surround receiver from sunshine electronics a little over a week ago. I received a thank you email from them for my order, however I have not received any response to any of my emails asking about my purchase. I have tried to call them, but there is no working phone number on their website. I tried to get a current phone number from information, however thay said they had no listing for sunshine electronics or the address that I provided which is the one listed inb their webpage. It has become clear to me that they are at least bad at customer service, and possibly an unscrupulous company. I have started a claim with paypal, and I hope to get my money back. They are a company that is listed in the paypal pay later listings, but they need to be removed, at least until they can start to take proper care of customers.
