Ripoff rates for upgrades, dishonest to the customer, unwilligness to work with the request, the business that doesnt give a dam

A loyal customer - 4 phones in the plan - more than three years - reffered about 4 families to join the Tmobile club. The other day asked them for an upgrade and the treatment I got was horrible. The price they were offering was much more than their own store was offerring. These cell phone companies should be lined up and tortured for their tight grips. If you are in Europe this is not a big deal - you hand over your existing phone, pay a small difference and get a new phone.
