I created the error of buying their BlueRay BD P1600. Named customer support 4 times today! Some BlueRay disk may perform others won't, despite getting the newest firmware post! Customer support has assured me three times today to deliver a disk to be able to re load all of the firmware... Nearly 3 months, no disk despite repetitive calls towards the "executive-level".
Exactly What A laugh! I had been assurred an government might call me... Still waiting after 4 times... No-call, no disk, no usefull participant and today at 11:30 AM on 9/8, the executive-level escalation telephones are now being updated. I had been rudley informed to call-back in 2 hours.
What sensible company might revise something in the centre of the company time?
