Funny how SCAM companies work. Top Logo Ringtone is all over the internet as a SCAM, so when does the Government step in? So when is it ok that a 3rd party can charge a customer but yet your own cell phone carrier (Verizon Wireless) can play it offby acting like they dont know how it happened. So disappointed in this bull! Most reliable network my butt - I call this FRAUDULENT activity on both parties. Never was this top-scam-o company authorized to do this. We have 8 months of $9.99 charges on our wireless bill. I kept seeing this charge thinking it was some normal text messaging charge, because thats what it states premium text messaging - assumed that this was for our second cell line and it was part of the text messaging billing. Well, we were wrong. Contacted Verizon who wasnt very helpful. The guy played like he didnt know how this started. Told us it was a 3rd party charge. 3rd party? Are you kidding me? Told us how to stop the charges, but didnt tell us that canceling this so call service wouldnt really cancel it. Its a joke. So our next step was to contact this company top-logo-ringtones.com right. So helpful reading from a script over in India. When we asked for a refund, they tell us, we dont give refunds. When we asked them, isnt it funny you dont see where I have used your services we are told, we only bill we dont see what you do right againso I have never used this ringtone service, Verizon doesnt show any use of it, but yet we are charged and never notified of this fraudulent activity on our cellular account. Something doesnt seem right. We have googled this stupid companies name and found many others who have been scammed by this toplogo ringtone company. So, my question is. What can we do??? $79.92 later, not to mention its on Sept bill too, so make that $89.91 later??? Guess I dont need to pay my phone bill this month? News media anyone? Im callin Ken
