On July 24th I sent in 2 phones to Ibuyphones.com in Fountain Valley California for a refund. On August 3rd I checked the site to show that the phones were received. On AUgust 12th I received an

On July 24th I sent in 2 phones to Ibuyphones.com in Fountain Valley California for a refund. On August 3rd I checked the site to show that the phones were received. On AUgust 12th I received an email from customer service stating that my check will be sent ASAP. No check received at all. I then emailed a person by the name of Lonnie. 2 days from that email, I received a reply stating that my check was on the list to be sent on August 21 and the internet site will be updated with a check number. No check number nor a confirmation email saying that the check will be sent out at all.
