This is the second time Nextel has tried to rip us off. We let you get away with it last year, but enough is enough!

You have broken your contract and you expect me to pay for Nextel's dishonesty.
Please be advised that I shall contact as many media outlets as I can, to tell them of the arbitrary change in rate plans and your disgusting practice of holding us to a one year contract while you have broken your part of the contract by raising your price.
I will also mention the superior attitude of your so-called customer service people Michelle and her supervisor Jamie. We cancelled the accounts with you after speaking with Carolyn of the department that ends accounts. She said that my accounts would end on July 3, and that we would be charged a cancellation fee of $200.00 for the phone that was still under your worthless contract. She gave me the transaction number 81061187.
Nextel broke the contract by raising the monthly payment for our accounts from $90.52 to $111.66. We should not be charged anything, for a cancellation fee.
I will start with a letter to usacomplaints.com, then call all the talk shows and will inform the newspapers of your illegal action.
I will also speak with Tricia Kean who anchors Contact 13, on KTNV News 13. She helped us with another dishonest company, so perhaps she will be so good as to give some air time to the nefarious practices of Nextel.
I consider Nextel's actions to be dishonest, to say the least.
