It has been a total fiasco over purchasing appliances. They were originally delivered to the incorrect house, treated by indignant employees of the delivery company, and then eventually delivered by the "Keystone Cops." What a terrible experience this has been. I plan on writing to Al Sunshine and telling everyone I know never to purchase appliances at a Home Depot.
