I purchased luminous inverter and battery with 30 weeks of guarantee on 21st July. There is some issue with player actually before 12 weeks. At that time of purchase, I had been informed when battery is having some issue within twelve months, battery is likely to be changed. I recorded coumplaints in Luminous plus one professional visited after around 1 week. He explained that battery is okay but I told him that I'm not obtaining correct copy, obtaining just one time having a one fan a pipe lighting. He wasn't at-all prepared to hear me. I again recorded criticism on 12th September in Luminous and government visited after 1 week period. Same account this time around aswell but this time around I pushed him to carray this battery to get a wellness appointment. Government explained that somebody will be next 2-3 times to choose this battery and certainly will give a uphold choice. Nobody found choose battery for just one week. After around 8-9 times one individual arrived and selected the battery. He supplied a choice that was providing just 10 minutes of copy. I named Mr. Bakshi in Ghaziabad as government explained that Mr. Bakshi is incharge of my region. I kept calling 4-5 times per day to Mr. Bakshi but there is no fruitfull outcome. Each time Mr. Bakshi said the child is arriving 2 hours and thus. Me and my loved ones including twelve months old boy, confronted hot evenings also with no lover. Me and my children was crying but nobody was supplying a battery with great copy. After around 15 times I acquired a battery with okay copy as life.
I received an upgraded for my unique battery on 11th August. Government explained that its a brand new battery but this isn't loaded one. And health and fitness doesn't display that its new battery. This battery is haivng just five minutes of copy. I'm again contacting Mr. Bakshi 3-4 times per day and he's still having same phrases, somebody may visit in 2-3 hours, while there's nobody.
