In 2004 we bought a Television, RCA design D56W20, for over $3000.00. Nearly this past year the ability source quit functioning. I've investigated this deficiency for this specific design and unearthed that it's significantly more than typical for this television to stop operating inside the first 4-5 years of purchase. We believed we were creating a long haul expenditure in an item having a fantastic status. Should there not be considered a recall with this item for fix or alternative? I've been a devoted customer for RCA for over 20 years and anticipate them to create some kind of concession to get a faulty item. I'm currently impaired with multiple sclerosis and can't pay the repairs or even to change it. I'm greater than a little dissatisfied and want to notice from RCA Customer Support in regards to what their answer may be in my own situation.
