I ordered a car receiver from them that was found on ebay. The manager asked me to make the order on the phone instead of going on ebay and paypal to waste those fees. This is a violation of Ebay policy.
He took my credit card info, then told me it was too late to ship on a Friday afternoon and would have to mail it out on Monday. It was shipped priority mail but never showed up. I looked up the tracking info at the usps.com website and it stated UNDELIVERABLE, NO ADDRESS FOUND, RETURN TO SENDER and the date. They had the right address and zip code, just the wrong city and state, again this was done by a manager.
The next day I called the company. I was put on hold several times and of course after being put on hold someone else would pick up the phone and I had to go through the entire thing again. Finally I looked up the owner and CEO, KEVIN CARICATO and asked for him. The receptionist told me he was not in today. So I called back and used their automated system to get to him. Once it went to voice mail, the next time I called back he picked up. After talking to him I began to sense a shady side to this entire deal. I told him I wanted another unit sent out today or I wanted a refund issued today. He said they had no more of the unit, even though it listed 20 on ebay available and showed on the www.dakmart.com website that they were still in stock. Then he refused to use the tracking information to verify that it was being returned. I called the post office to verify that it could not be intercepted and re-routed. It could not. Then Mr. Caricato refused to issue a refund saying they had no control over their credit card machines and it would have to be refunded when the item actually arrived at their warehouse. Again all this is due to their managers incompetence and mistakes. Anyone knows they can issue a credit anytime they want. He just refused to do anything, refused to replace the unit which had been sent to the wrong state and city, refused to refund my money, then he put me on hold. After about 10 minutes on hold someone else picked up. I told them I was speaking with Kevin Caricato the CEO and owner of DAKMART, inc. They said, oh he just left for lunch. SO he left me on hold and went to lunch.
When I hung up I found the local Better Business Bureau and called them to file a report. They said there were 77 reports already filed and the company had a grade of "F" using the same lettering grades as schools where "F" was the lowest possible grade.
I called back and talked to him again after his lunch. Again he refused to do anything about any of it. SO I had to go my local bank and file fraud a charge dispute against DAKMART to have the money returned from their bank to mine. This caused me to have to cancel my credit card and wait for a new one.

After calling the police in the area, I found out that they have a residential addrerss listed on their website and on corporate documents that show a residence to be their company. THIS IS FALSE INFO.
After reading the other reports on usacomplaints.com I saw that many reported damaged items, refurbished items, etc when being told it was all brand new.
If you do business with DAKMART, BUYER BEWARE, you don't know what you're getting, if it came from a junk yard wrecked car or a display model from a audio store. You may not get anything, even your money back like i have. Do a search for Hallandale Better Business Bureau and call them, it wasn't in Hallandale but they took the report for the area. Let them tell you the record of this company, BEFORE YOU BUY
