Did not ship the product, will not answer emails, now won't answer calls

I ordered Super Sonic Nausea on 2/16.

I have called many times and they still have not shipped my order.

1. Called 3/19 was told item was out of stock and they were expecting an shipment soon.

2. Called 5/11 was told they would be shipping in two weeks.

3. Called 6/1 was told they are shipping my super sonic nausea on Wednesday 6/3.

4. Called on 6/16 at 10:00am PST and was told no one was able to help me and to call back in a few hours. I called back in an hour and was told no one could help me and to call again in the morning.

It has now been FOUR MONTHS and my product has not been shipped. They still have all of my credit card and billing information.

They never responded to any emails, and now they are always out of the office and can't be contacted by phone.

If they can't ship the product, I want verification in writing that the order has been canceled and that all of my information has been deleted from their ordering system. I just want this to end and they are refusing to communicate with me on this issue.

They have extremely poor customer service. I would not recommend for anyone to do business with this company.
