I brought my wife a nortech portable dvd player (e-dvkit003) for christmas last year, it worked fine for a while then the battery started not holding a full charge, we tried draining it all the way down and recharging it but it still wouldn't play a 2hr movie, i e-mailed the company and they replied that they don't stock batteries for it no other brand of dvd player will fit it either, it comes with 1 battery and when it's gone you have to use the ac adapter for it, this is fine if your in a hotel room, but if your on a plane, bus, or somewhere that doesn't have power you can't use it, which was our case
