After 5 tries over 3 weeks with their "script reading" customer support "live chat" I have nearly given up. My local telephone company will not allow MJ to connect to my local numbers becuse MJ isn't paying it's bills. The device stopped functioning properly 3 weeks ago. Good luck trying to get any resolution by typing at their brain dead customer support agents.
After they determine that the problem is on their end, they will have you reboot your computer to shut down the chat. I would really be screwed if I had not paid cash for the device. At least I am only out $39 tax. Thank God I didn't pay for the extra years... Do not pay this company with anything but a credit card; at least you can decline the charges.
