This service is shady. Customer service is rude, condescending and argumentative. The satellite signal is very undependable and will be out for days at a time. Whatever you do, do not pay for a service call. They will want to charge you $50 for a one-time call or $60 spread over 12 months for a "service plan"; however, when you finally have had enough of the undependable signal and cancel, they will suddenly offer you a free service call. I have no idea how many people have been scammed with the $50 or $60 service fee simply because they did not have the nerve to refuse it.
