Well, I purchased this new fridge in 9/08 and awaiting my 3rd support demand the exact same criticism! Began in 4/09 arriving home from spring break to freezing dairy, and vegs within the fridge, water dripping from back of device to cellar from damaged H2O point. I reset temperature to 40 and delay 3 times for restoration man, temperature in device when he appear was 32, he explained it had been the temperature handle od aspect of doorway??? Well in 5/09 I woke up-to freezing dairy for cereal again, another phone to Maytag delay 3 times for support with a diverse organization, which period temperature was 34 in frig when established at 38, he substitute a component inside and set my H2O point free, nice-guy but truly didn`t wish to observe him again in under a month. Today again Freezing dairy and also the vegs& fruit are becoming freezing aswell. I reported to Maytag support that I`m ANGRY this is three times in 4 monhs for that same issue, they explained they repair it because it it's still under waranty, they don`t substitute refrigators. All I will think about is the fact that silly comercial concerning the loney Maytag repairman exactly what a laugh! I`m calling the organization again within the AM to determine easily may keep in touch with a or somebody apart from a CS individual!
