And Internet rippoff worse then Verizon and same "No customer Service"

I have had Comacst since they came to sarasota. They had fair prices, excellent customer service and billing was done right and if not fixed right away. I got verizon as they had 6 months free which was lie so went back to Comcast after throwing Verizons equipment out window.

I signed up for High speed internet and on special for 12.95 for 3 months and premium digital cable with dvr for 29.95 for 3 months with year contract. Well after each month i was billed regular price and since was not the 49.95 and 59.95 regular price got shut off until i went to store and they fixed or i thought. 3 times i went as customer service was in some foreign country and could not do anything. I am disabled and was not easy. Next i cancelled premium as allowed and went to basic high speed internet and basic cable which is 22.00 and 45.00 for internet. All previuous months mistakes still came up and i owed hundereds of dollars when paid and every month had to go through this as was turned off.in 7th month they got bill right after i was billed 8 childrens movies on pay per view when i was in another state and no one home. I cancelled after using their charm and saying mistakes happen and no hard feelings as he fixed so bill was right at 39.95. Then i said " by the way, please cancel immediatly ". All in showroom laughed and clapped and he dissapeared. I cannot drive and have called and with permission recorded phone as i said i could no longer drive and could you pick up your equipment. They said yes on tape 4 times. I was billed almost 400.00 for cable modem and played tape that I could not drive and no one will do anything so as long as i and lawyer have tape i am OK. I have no intention of carrying around when i move next month as I told them. 7 months, 7 wrong invoices, turned off 7 times, turned on 7 times and paid right bills.

Also internet would not work and after 4 days of serviceman coming out, I said the cable was too close to tV cable and that is why would not work so i moved 6 inches and it worked with 6 of a crew standing in my house. They charged a 75.00 service call and i had to bring in invoice which service wrote 0 owed. Although satellite is not cheaper or as clear it is worth not having aggravation as custiomer service takes care of problems as if not they have no contract and cancelation can happen at anytime.

In oreder or worst cable companies, 1. Comcast, Veriozon, brighthouse best sattelite is dish network WATCH OUT
